A new season is beginning at The Root Empowerment Center, and we’re pleased to welcome two new Empowerment Agents to our community: Chris Finn of Frank’s Chaos, LLC and Emily Runey of Lady Bird Holistics. 🙌

They join our growing group of practitioners offering different approaches to emotional, physical, spiritual and nervous-system wellness—all under one roof.

Founder and Lead Instructor, Frank’s Chaos, LLC

Chris helps individuals, families, workplaces and community groups become better prepared to handle high-pressure and unexpected situations.

Through practical, hands-on training, he focuses on panic response, stress management, decision-making, emergency preparedness, CPR and first aid, and performance under pressure.

As an American Heart Association-certified instructor and certified defense instructor specializing in stress management and performance under pressure, Chris combines professional education with real-world application.

Reiki Master Practitioner and Psychic Medium, Lady Bird Holistics

Emily’s journey into the spiritual and holistic world began with a tarot reading at 17, sparking an interest in healing, energy work and personal growth.

Her exploration of crystals, manifestation, astrology, Reiki and mediumship eventually led her to become a Reiki Master Practitioner, Psychic Medium and owner of Lady Bird Holistics.

Emily is passionate about continuing her own growth while helping others along their individual healing journeys.
