I’m so excited to be offering Hatha Evening Flow classes twice a week at Inner Sol Studio in Washington, MO, beginning 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵.

Mats and props are provided, and all experience levels are welcome.

We are opening up memberships at the studio!

We know the importance of gathering together to talk about the wonders of our journeys and the works of spirit in our lives.
To connect. To belong.

We also understand the importance of a self practice to connect deeply.
Especially with all the distractions and fast paced movement in our lives.

And we can’t forget the importance of growing together. So we decided to be an anchor for all the above.

With the intention of future expansive adventures to explore the wonders of the world with like minded friends.

In the bundle you’ll get access to weekly breath work class for members only, access to any 1 sound bath that’s already happening that month, (your choice) and priority access to our adventures!
