Our Guided Meditation with Reiki is now offered in three time-slots weekly on Thurdays at 6pm, Fridays at 3pm, and Saturdays at 6pm.
These guided meditation sessions are basic weekly reset meditations to help you release the week behind you and embrace the week ahead, offering energetic support with whatever internal processing for thoughts and emotions you may be ready to receive.
Reiki is a Japanese stress relief technique in which the one recieving support consciously agrees to recieve loving energetic universal support.
