I saw a video about an herb that made the teeth strong and prevented cavities. That herb is the one probably most prevalent in our yard. That is horsetail the plant with more silicon than any other plant. For awhile I was getting cavities. Since I have been taking horsetail I h as ve had no cavities. However I just order a pound from Amazon and grind up some in a spice grinder and sprinkle a half or teaspoon on my foodk everyday. There are also toothpastes that remineralize the teeth. They use nano particles. I use David’s toothpaste. My son said Boka has more nano particles in it. I will try it next time
