Eating the same meal everyday may be doing a disservice to your gut!
Eating a wide variety of plant foods can help promote beneficial bacterial growth and improve overall digestive function.
Try mixing up types of veggies, toppings, and snacks. A good rule of thumb is to shoot for 25-30 different types of plants per week! This means grains, legumes, leafy greens, fruits, veg, nuts, seeds, and even spices.
