Stepping into my very first breathwork facilitation ceremony feels surreal in the most beautiful way. Deep gratitude to everyone involved in “Meditation & Mimosas” for trusting me to help guide this experience.

Alignment is a powerful thing. Sometimes you don’t know where the next blessing, opportunity, or breakthrough is going to come from… but somehow, when you’re walking in purpose, life has a way of meeting you halfway. Doors open unexpectedly. Connections happen naturally. The universe whispers, “Keep going… you’re on the right path.”

This opportunity reminded me that healing work isn’t just about techniques or practices — it’s about presence, trust, and creating space for people to reconnect with themselves. To breathe deeper. To release. To realign.

I’m grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every conversation, and every step that brought me here. Excited, humbled, and ready to pour into this room with intention and love.
