I have been working wit

h energy & intention for over a decade, learning how to master my own energy and hold space for others. My journey began with affirmations, manifestations, & crystal energy which encouraged me to begin making necessary changes in my life that promoted a healthy lifestyle. I started on this journey after suffering for years with chronic depression & anxiety, seeking a solution that would not help me just cope with my symptoms, but wholly heal myself from within. In 2021 I decided to embark on the journey through my shadow self so that I could once and for all, deal with the pain I had carried my entire life. I went to Peru, drank the psychedelic plant medicine Ayahuasca - this experience revealed the importance of self-awareness & taught me how to integrate the shadow work I was doing. In becoming aware of the toxicity within me, I was able to break cycles with what no longer served my highest & best. As I went through this unraveling of my life, I really began to understand how to shift my focus toward integrating this self knowledge to make the necessary changes in my life to embody my authenticity & health - mind, body, & soul. After knowing for years I wanted to heal others but not knowing how or fully feeling that confidence prior to this work - I am FINALLY here today ready to share what I have learned with you to help give you the tools YOU need to embody this state of balance of health in YOUR life.
