Last Sunday was nothing short of incredible!

Our Heartland community came together at the Parkinson’s Foundation Heartland Chapter Moving Day Celebration—and were honored to take home the award for the largest team! 🙌

Moments like these remind us just how special this group truly is. We’re continually blessed with the most dedicated and supportive members and families.

A special thanks to everyone who walked, supported, and represented our community so well!

🏆 Winning Wednesday: Train Your Brain and Body Together

Coordination exercises strengthen the connection between the brain and body. Whether it's drumming, boxing, agility drills, or purposeful movement training, these activities help improve reaction time, balance, and functional movement while making exercise engaging and fun. 🎵🥊
