machine brows will almost always lose 50% of the pigment as they heal. it’s normal for a client to lose vibrancy, saturation, and warmth as time passes. this is why i stress the importance of touchups with pmu. IT ! IS ! SEMI PERMANENT ! when done correctly.
retention varies from client to client as factors such as health, lifestyle, skin conditions, and medications can affect your new tattoo.
although these brows faded beautifully after 6 months, this client spends a lot of time in the sun (a natural laser for tattoos!). we freshened up her color which will always be more bold at first and fade timelessly as you regenerate skin cells and heal over 6-8 weeks!
