They are the texture and flavor of a muffin in the convenient shape of a waffle. I use all natural ingredients and organic whole grains, they are packed full of good stuff and low in the bad stuff but most importantly they taste great! Just pop them in your toaster until they're hot and you're on your way.

It's been a long break... sorry everbody! Did an inventory today, tweeked a couple recipes and busted out a few batches.... like riding a bike! I am trying to get organized, hope to be cooking consistently by the new year. Meanwhile, need some extra Maffles around for your holiday guests? Let me know and I'll get some over to you!

Thanks to the Cleveland area Whole Foods market , Maffles are made with even more organic ingredients than before! Preparing for one last Whitehouse market this year. Hope to see everyone Saturday the 15th.

Well, the time is here. We are off to Cleveland. However we will be in town often so just let me know when you want to make an order and I'll bring Maffles with me. Hoping to make the Whitehouse Market September 15th.

Come try free Maffles samples this morning in Whitehouse. I brewed up blueberry iced tea for everyone to enjoy as well. There will be several other vendors with fresh produce and hand made goods. Definitely worth the trip! Main street 9am-noon.

There will be plenty of Maffles for the Whitehouse Market this Saturday. For you real thrill seekers there is also a donut eating contest this Saturday, you must pre-register at the Cherry Tree bakery in Whitehouse by Thursday @ 5:00 so that enough chocolate cake donuts from Wixeys are ordered. Or just come up for Maffles and fresh produce!

Another change of plans... Maffles will be at the Whitehouse Farmer's Market July 28th instead of July 21st. Sorry for the last minute change. This will be the last Whitehouse Market before Maffles move to Cleveland :(. No worries though, I will be in town often enough, I get Maffles to anyone who wants them!

Do to this year's warm weather the Whitehouse Farmer's Market has opened early. Maffles will be there on Saturday June 30th 9am-12. Free samples as always!Come check us out, as well as local farmers selling local produce.
