Oconee Regenerative and Joint will be offering exercise classes open to the public with our very own Reuben Rameriz. Mr. Rameriz is a certified personal trainer and will be hosting classes beginning March 17, 2023 on Fridays only. If you would like to sign up and register please call 706-705-6152. Classes are from 2 pm until 5 pm in 45 minute intervals. Come and get fit. There are three levels to the classes beginners, intermediate and advanced. Slots are filling up fast. Please call for introductory pricing.
