Thank you for bearing with us through what has been a BIG season of growth and change! Between expanding into a brand-new suite, adding new services, welcoming new team members, and switching over to an entirely new booking system… it has definitely been a little crazy around here!
And let's just say… switching booking systems was an adventure! We know there were some hiccups along the way, and we are SO grateful for your patience, understanding, and willingness to roll with it all with us.
The reason for all of these changes is simple: we are growing because YOU are growing with us. We wanted to create more space, bring in more incredible practitioners, expand the services we can offer, and ultimately give you an even more comprehensive approach to your health and wellness.
A Quick Reminder About Our New Booking System
We have officially made the switch to Jane!
Jane is going to make things much easier for both you and our team moving forward. From your Jane account, you can easily see your upcoming appointments, remaining sessions in your packages, appointment history, and more all in one place.
And there is even more to come! One of the things we are most excited about with Jane is that it allows us to offer membership options, making it easier than ever to create consistency in your wellness routine and save on the services you love.

If you haven't received your Jane welcome email or need us to send it to you again, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to get you set up!
Jane will also send you courtesy reminders for your upcoming appointments. However, please remember that these are courtesy reminders, and it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of the appointments you have scheduled with us. We highly recommend checking your Jane account regularly so you always know what you have coming up.

And with cold and flu season upon us, HOCATT is an especially popular choice. The combination of steam, ozone, PEMF, and the bacterial/viral frequency specific programs are the best tool you can have in your pocket!

You can also use the HOCATT for frequency-specific RIFE programs without using the steam or ozone! These sessions are just $75 individually and are a great option if you want to utilize the frequency technology without doing the full HOCATT experience.
