Japanese potters don't hide the cracks. They fill them with gold.

It's called Kintsugi. When a bowl breaks, instead of tossing it or gluing it back so the seams disappear, they mend it with gold lacquer. The repair becomes the most beautiful part of the piece. The break is where the light lands.

I keep coming back to this in my work.

So much of what I hear from people is some version of, "If I can just get past this part of me, I'll be okay." The trauma. The loss. The pain they've carried so long it feels like furniture. They want it gone, hidden, smoothed over like it never happened.

But that's not how healing actually moves.

When I sit with someone in an energy session, I'm not trying to erase the crack. I'm looking for the energetic root of what broke, and I'm working right there. The fracture is the starting point. Inner child wounds, old pain, the things that split you open years ago, those places are exactly where the deepest repair becomes possible.

Your broken places aren't the flaw in the story. They're the gold.

If something in you feels cracked and you're tired of pretending it isn't, that's a good place to begin. 🀍

For eleven years, I lived inside an abusive relationship. I wasn't looking to become a healer. I was just trying to get through the day.

Something happened in that long, hard season that I couldn't explain at the time. My gifts started to emerge. A deep knowing. An ability to feel and read energy that grew stronger the harder things got. When I finally found the strength to leave, I carried those gifts out with me.

I've come to understand that painful chapter as the very thing that prepared me to sit with other people in theirs. And I've seen the same thing in so many of the people I work with. Three ways I've watched hard times awaken something deeper:

Sensitivity grows under pressure. When life gets hard, a lot of people find they become more attuned to what others are feeling, more aware of the energy in a room, more sensitive to what nobody's saying out loud. Difficulty strips away the noise and opens your inner senses.

Survival sharpens your inner knowing. That quiet gut-level voice, the one that's hard to explain but impossible to ignore, gets louder when you've had to rely on it to make it through. You learn to trust it because it kept you safe.

Your wound becomes your wisdom. The experience that broke you open is often the very thing that lets you sit with someone else in their pain without flinching. Healing your own wounds doesn't disqualify you from helping others. It's what qualifies you.

What felt like the worst chapter of your story may turn out to be the one that gave you your greatest gift. 🀍

A seed doesn't push toward the light by force. It follows what it was always made to become.

I keep coming back to something I've written about my own work: for a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone.

That line lands differently when you're the one in the dark.

Because when everything you knew how to hold together starts to loosen, it rarely feels like growth. It feels like falling apart. Like the ground gave way. I've sat with a lot of people in that exact moment, and I've been in it myself.

But undoing isn't the end of the story. It's where the story begins.

The seed doesn't strive. It doesn't grip. It surrenders to a process it can't see the shape of yet, buried in the dark, coming apart at the seams, trusting something it was made to become.

If you're in that dark place right now, I won't rush you toward the light. You don't have to force anything. Coming undone is how it begins. 🌱

You've had the bloodwork done. The scans came back normal. But something still feels off, and no one can tell you why.

That's the space I sit in with people.

I get asked all the time what a medical intuitive actually is, and how it's different from the doctor you already see. So here are three things I read that a lab report can't.

Your body has an energy blueprint. Every physical and emotional experience you've had leaves an imprint in your energetic circuitry. I read that field the way a doctor reads a chart, looking for the disruptions, blockages, and patterns that haven't become diagnosable yet but are already shaping how you feel and function.

Symptoms have roots, not just causes. Conventional medicine is brilliant at naming what's happening in the body. My work asks why. I trace a symptom back to its energetic root, whether that's unresolved trauma, a stuck emotional pattern, or interference in the meridian system. Getting to the root is what creates lasting change instead of managed symptoms.

And this part matters to me: I don't come to a reading with intuition alone. I hold a Master of Science in Communications and a Master of Social Work. That clinical grounding sits right alongside the intuitive side, so I bring both to every session, a trained understanding of what people carry and what becomes possible when they finally set it down.

None of this replaces your doctor. It works alongside them.

So if the tests keep saying fine while you know you're not, hear this. Some of the most important things happening in your body have no name on a lab report yet. That doesn't make them any less real. 🀍

She sat across from me and listed every pattern in her life. Nine years of weekly therapy had given her the words for all of it. She could name where each one started, why she kept repeating it, what it cost her. And nothing had changed.

That's the part that had her exhausted. She understood herself completely. She just still felt it, every single day.

Here's what I've come to know after years of this work. Talk therapy works with the mind, and it does that well. But trauma and grief and the patterns that hold us don't only live in our thoughts. They live in the body's energy field too. You can understand something perfectly and still carry it in your tissue, your breath, the way your shoulders sit.

When the energetic root of a pattern isn't touched, insight alone won't move it. That's not therapy failing you. It's a gap that energy work is meant to fill.

One session in, she felt something shift that words had never reached. She didn't have language for it, and she didn't need any.

If you've done the work and understand yourself and still feel stuck, I want you to hear this plainly. You're not broken, and you're not doing it wrong. You may just need a different door in. 🀍

A client told me last month that she'd worked through her anxiety three separate times. Therapy. Real work. Genuine progress. And every time, it quieted down and stayed quiet for a while. Then a new job, a new relationship, and there it was again, rushing back like she'd never done any of it.

She wasn't failing at healing. She kept reaching the symptom without ever reaching the root.

Here's what I've watched play out over and over in my sessions. You can address the pain that's on the surface. You can quiet it, manage around it, learn to react less. But if the energetic charge underneath it never gets cleared, it keeps regenerating the same symptom. A different trigger, the same old feeling.

I call it an energetic root pattern. A stored charge that keeps producing the symptom until someone actually goes down and clears it.

The body remembers this even when the mind has moved on. You stopped reacting to your mother's criticism years ago, or you thought you did. But your shoulders still tighten the second her name shows up on your phone. Some part of you never got the message that it's finally safe to let go.

Finding that root and removing it is the whole of what I do in my Energy Medicine sessions. It doesn't replace the work you've already done. It reaches the layer underneath it.

If the same pain keeps finding its way back to you, it isn't because you didn't try hard enough. It's because the root is still there. 🀍

A client told me last week she'd been carrying the same knot in her chest for years, and she'd never once thought of it as something her body was trying to say.

After more than 7,500 sessions, here's what I see people discover in that first hour.

The pattern has a specific root. Most arrive with a vague sense that something is off. Anxiety. Heaviness. A relationship dynamic they keep repeating and can't break. What surprises them is how specific the energetic picture actually is. The root is rarely where they thought it would be, and naming it precisely is often the first real relief they've felt.

The body has been holding what the mind moved past. It stores what the conscious mind has set down or never fully processed. In a session, people recognize a physical sensation for what it is. Tightness. Numbness. A catch in the breath. The body holding something it was never given permission to release. That recognition alone can shift something.

And you don't need to have it figured out first. So many people delay because they think they have to understand their problem before they can bring it to me. You don't. The session itself is how the picture comes into focus, whether you're sitting with me here in Wales, Wisconsin or joining by phone from the other side of the world.

Peace, joy, and wholeness aren't rewards for having everything figured out. They're available to you right now, exactly as you are. 🌞

Three people came to me last month.

One couldn't stop crying and didn't know why. One had shoulder pain no doctor could explain. One felt lost about what to do with her life.

They each needed something different.

I offer three ways in, and each one meets a different layer of what you're carrying.

Soul Path Session. This is for the person who feels lost, stuck, or weighed down by something they can't quite name. We sit with the energetic roots of your life and relationships and bring conscious awareness to what's underneath. If you're aching for clarity, this is the door.

Energy Medicine. This is for the blockage you can feel but can't shift on your own. Using Meridian Energetics and Crystalline Harmonics, I work to identify what's holding you and help it move. If something in you feels stuck in place, start here.

Vibroacoustic Therapy. This is for the body that's been holding tension for too long. Sound and vibration reach the nervous system directly and help it settle into rest. If your pain lives in your body, this is where I'd begin.

I don't expect you to know the clinical names or diagnose yourself before you reach out. Just notice which one you felt something reading. That's usually where the work wants to start.

And if you're unsure, tell me where you are right now. I'll help you find the right door. 🀍

Two people came to me last week carrying the same kind of tired. The kind that lives in your bones and doesn't lift with a good night's sleep.

One of them left after lying on the sound bed. The other left after a deep energetic session. Both felt different walking out. Both needed something completely different to get there.

I get asked all the time which one is "right." So here's how I think about it.

Energy Medicine goes looking for the root. The emotional pattern, the trauma imprint, the life path confusion that keeps circling back no matter what you try. It's intuitive, it's customized to you, and it works at the emotional, mental, and soul level. This is where I send people who are ready to sit with the 'why' behind what they're feeling.

Vibroacoustic Therapy works through the body. Low-frequency sound waves move through you on the sound bed, calming the nervous system, releasing the muscle tension you've been holding, quieting chronic stress from the inside out. This is where I start with people whose bodies are carrying the weight and need somatic relief first, before anything else can move.

Sometimes it's one. Sometimes it's both, in a certain order. If you're not sure which is yours, that's okay. That's part of what I help you figure out. 🀍

A client sat through her entire first session without asking me a single question. Weeks later she told me she'd wanted to. She'd wondered what I was actually doing, what I was sensing, whether any of it connected to the pain she'd walked in with. But she stayed quiet. She thought asking would seem rude. Like she didn't trust the process, or was somehow challenging me.

Here's what that silence cost her. Weeks of second-guessing something that had genuinely helped her.

So I want to say this plainly. You are allowed to ask how any of this works.

Meridian Energetics, Crystalline Harmonics, vibroacoustic therapy. Most people who find me have never heard these words before this. That's a real gap, and it's not on you to close it alone. Asking a question doesn't make you difficult. It doesn't mean you doubt me. It usually means you're paying attention to your own body, which is exactly where I want you.

If you don't know where to start, here are the words. Borrow any of them.

"Can you explain what you're sensing right now?"
"What does an energetic blockage actually feel like to you?"
"Is what you're finding connected to my physical symptoms?"
"Can you walk me through what happens in a first session?"
"What does Meridian Energetics mean for my specific situation?"
"I've never done this before. Can we go slower?"

That last one might be the most important. You can always ask me to slow down.

Nothing I do here needs to stay a mystery to the person it's happening to. Ask me anything. I'd rather answer ten questions than have you leave wondering. 🀍
