Here is your answer to, should I try this? Yes you should!
We are trying something new, and I'm so excited!
We are launching the first pop up class for our Birth Foundations Mobility Class to help pregnant moms of all stages work on their mobility and functional movement as they prepare for birth.
These 30 minute semi-private sessions focus on:
- Pelvic mobility
- Hip mobility
- Breath work and core connection
- Full-body movement patterns
- Reducing tension and stiffness during pregnancy
- Movement strategies that may support labor positioning and comfort.
This is NOT a high-intensity fitness class, and no prior exercise experiences is required. The goal is the help pregnant moms move better, understand their bodies, and feel more confident heading into labor and delivery.
