Quite rare that I am rendered speechless.

We went over the top asked concerns/questions I get in my clinic, what blood test I analyze when those questions are asked, and what to do about it. We also talked about the importance of skeletal muscle for women. 💪

I’m honored every time I get to talk to a room, today was awesome. And the bloom bar was the cherry on top 💐

The most powerful things I hear in Pilates aren't about weight loss.
They're things like:

"I don't have to be scared in my body anymore."

"I'm not feeble."

"I haven't jumped in years!"

"My body feels different. Like I can trust it now."

"Pilates works on my body, but even more so on my mind."

That's what we're really building.

My 5:30am class all wore collagen eye mask patches while doing a ridiculously challenging Pilates class. They made hard work look absolutely adorable. Sigh. Women are the coolest.

Over 100 Pilates classes taught this month and this is what I know for sure:

Your body deserves healthy movement.
The story you tell yourself matters.
Stop waiting for the “right” time.
Not all instructors are created equal.
Being part of a community matters.
You are not your neighbor.
Movement is a gift. Cherish it.

After 100+ classes, one thing becomes very clear:
This was never just about exercise.

It is about confidence.
Healing.
Strength.
Support.
Showing up for yourself even when life feels heavy.

And every single woman in that room reminds me why I love this work so much.
