Cold plunges are not the answer for everyone.
In fact, if your nervous system is already completely overwhelmed, stressed, and running on fumes... throwing your body into a cold plunge may be one of the LAST things it needs.
I see so many people jump on health trends without asking a very important question:
👉 Is this the right tool for MY body right now?
Cold exposure is a stressor. A beneficial stressor for some people, yes. But a stressor nonetheless.
If you're dealing with:
• Chronic fatigue
• Adrenal dysfunction patterns
• Burnout
• Poor sleep
• Constant fight-or-flight mode
Try a sauna instead!
Your body may need safety, nourishment, and regulation before it needs another challenge.
This is why there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
The right tool at the wrong time can become the wrong tool.
