🍯100 lbs. of honey harvested at this time last year. 1,071 lbs. harvested as of June 8th this year.🐝💪🏻
The difference? Healthy colonies that made it through winter. Weather too of course 🙏🏻
Spring 2025 was tough. We lost about 60% of our colonies over winter. We spent last summer doing the work. Splitting survivors, building up strong hives, and keeping them healthy so they had a real shot at winter survival. 85% made it. And this spring, they exploded.
This harvest isn’t just about the honey. It’s about what we put in last season showing up in the extractor.
