50 Patients. One Incredible Team.

Today, we’re celebrating a milestone that means so much: Elite Hospice has reached an average daily census of 50 patients!

This September also marks one full year of serving patients and families in our community. A year of growth, challenges, learning, and countless reminders of why this work matters.

Elite Hospice was built on a shared vision: to provide exceptional care, unwavering compassion, and meaningful support during some of life’s most sacred moments. 💙
