Introducing two of the newest members of the Essence family — Addi and Linde, our Clinic Assistants. 🤍

If you've visited recently, you've likely already met them. They're the warm, welcoming faces you see when you walk through the door.

Both are seniors at Waverly-Shell Rock and are participating in the Co-op Work Experience Program.

Addi came to us with an interest in healthcare, and it shows in how she interacts with patients. Linde's interest is in accounting, and she has a natural way of putting people at ease.

We are so grateful to have both of them on our team — and excited to watch them grow!

Not all hormone replacement options are the same. 🤍

Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the hormones your body produces. That means they fit your body’s hormone receptors the same way your own hormones do — like a round peg in a round hole.

Synthetic/non-bioidentical hormones — the kind used in most conventional formulations — are chemically altered versions. Similar, but not identical, which can change the way they bind to a cell.
