Does your control ever feel out of control?

As mental health and behavioral health counselors we navigate situations every day where we feel confident and in control - and others where that control can feel uncertain or completely out of reach.

In this training, we’ll explore what professional control looks like across different therapeutic settings, how we respond when we experience a loss of control, and practical ways to regain appropriate control while maintaining healthy professional boundaries.

Throughout the training you will:
*Gain insight and awareness into your own feelings of professional control.
*Identify 3 ways to determine your triggers and vulnerabilities to loss of control.
*Identify 3 ways to regain self control and maintain control in professional settings.
