Sometimes the invitation isn’t to go anywhere at all. 💫

While my friend walked this beautiful labyrinth in a little peace park in Mt. Shasta, I found a quiet place nearby and simply sat.

I’ve walked labyrinths before and love the meditation of slowly following the path inward and back out again. But that afternoon, my meditation was stillness.

The trees.
The blue sky.
The breeze.
My friend slowly making her way along the path.
The earth beneath me.

Mother Nature gives us so many sacred spaces—and they don’t have to be grand, expensive, or even planned.
Sometimes we simply have to notice them.

To stop.
To be where our feet are.
To let the beauty around us actually reach us.

Maybe that’s the invitation for today…
Find one little pocket of nature and give it your full presence.

No phone. No destination. Nothing to accomplish.

Just you, the earth, and a few moments of being fully here 💚💚💚

A little whisper from Breathing Life Into Grief... 🩵😮‍💨

I've been quieter here lately.

Not because this work has become any less important to me, but because I am deep in a season of my own life transformation.
There has been grief and letting go...and alongside it, so much beauty, joy, possibility, and becoming.

I'm learning again what I so often share with others:
We don't have to wait for the clouds to lift before we bloom.
Sometimes breathing life into grief simply means allowing ourselves to be fully present for the life that is here, even while we are still carrying what has been.

So yes, I'm still here.
Still breathing.
Still listening.
Still becoming.

And perhaps most of all...learning to receive. 🩵🩵🩵

🩵🌟We so rarely get the chance to hear how our small acts of love continue to ripple through another person's life.🌟🩵

In 2015, I met Brenda Kaye on a cruise where she was entertaining as a hypnotist. I attended one of her sessions, and something about that experience stayed with me.

Years later, in 2020, I reconnected with Brenda through Zoom. She guided me deeper within myself than I had ever gone before, becoming a catalyst for a healing journey that would eventually lead me to Breathwork, grief work, and the work I now feel so grateful to share with others.

And now, in 2026, life brought us together again—on another cruise, with Brenda once again entertaining as a hypnotist and my daughter Michaela beside me.

As Brenda and I talked about the journey that followed, she shared how beautiful it was to be reminded that sometimes we simply plant a seed...and may never know how it grows.
That stayed with me.
How often do we offer a kind word, hold space, truly listen, or simply show up with love—and never know the ripple it creates?

This time, I had the beautiful gift of telling Brenda.

If someone once planted a seed in your life, perhaps today is a beautiful day to tell them. 🩵🌟

My heart is so full. 🩷

This journey nourished my soul in ways I’m still taking in—the precious time and deep connection with Michaela as we cruised through Alaska, Mother Nature surrounding us with her beauty and reminding us to simply be, and then the sweetest reunion with dear friends in Mt. Shasta.

There was love. So much laughter. Hikes and lake swims. Long conversations. A sky filled with meteors. And those quiet moments when you realize just how grateful you are to be exactly where you are, with exactly who you’re with.

I came home with a relaxed body, a peaceful heart, and a soul that feels very, very full.

I am so grateful for all of it!!!!! 🩷🛳️🌟🏔️💫

A Lion’s Gate Prayer 🦁✨

May we trust the light that is finding its way through,
even when it does not illuminate the entire path before us.

May we remember that we do not need to see the whole journey
to know when something is calling us forward.

May we have the courage to follow what feels true,
to soften our need for certainty,
and to take the next step with an open heart.

May we trust that more will be revealed as we move—
that the light will meet us where we are,
again and again.

And on this Lion’s Gate,
may we open ourselves to receive all that is ready to find us:

love, abundance, possibility, healing, and the remembrance
of who we came here to be.

We do not need full illumination.
We only need enough light for the next step.

Happy Lion’s Gate, my friends.
May we keep walking toward the light—together. 🦁☀️🩷
