Pull-ups - 3x failure (I got 3 good ones in šŸ„“)
Push-ups - 3x10

4 rounds:
Dead stop kettlebell swings x12
Alternating snatches x10 each
Box jumps x10

The flesh is weak, amiright?

I donā€™t love counting macros. Having to plug every piece of food into a calculator just takes all the magic away for me.

BUT, itā€™s good to know where youā€™re at if you arenā€™t seeing the results you want.

Tracking for at least a couple of weeks will show you where the holes are with regard to diet. The donut holes šŸ˜†

I might think Iā€™m getting enough protein but start logging my food and find Iā€™m only getting 80 grams.

Once you do that, youā€™ll figure out which meals you can put on repeat to sustain you when tracking becomes tedious.
