We are about 3 months from h**p being banned. PLEASE make your voice heard. Sign the petition, call your NC representatives.
We can only win this with our voices.

North Carolina's cannabis council asked the public what it thinks.
Thousands wrote in.

By the council's own count, 95% want legal or continued access. 4% want prohibition.

That's not a close call. Lawmakers should listen.

Regulate it. Don't eliminate it.

Sign the petition at cbhd.news.

Another win for the h**p industry. The fight is not over but your voices are being heard. Keep those emails, letters and phone calls going to your representatives.

Today is a major win for the h**p industry. In the early morning hours, Congress passed the Continuing Resolution with the h**p extension intact, preventing the federal h**p ban from taking effect on November 12 and keeping the door open for a sensible, long-term regulatory solution until Dece...

Thank you all of our customers that sent emails and made calls to NC Representatives fighting House Bill 328.
The NC h**p industry is a $4 billion business employing more than 16,000 people.
Keep fighting the fight 👊

North Carolina lawmakers have delayed a vote on a controversial h**p ban until after the November election, giving the state’s multibillion-dollar h**p industry a temporary reprieve following a massive show of opposition at the State Capitol. The North Carolina House of Representatives postponed a...

ACT RIGHT NOW!
House Bill 328 is passing through conference, and its final language could either protect or devastate the 16,000+ jobs and families, thousands of storefronts, and a 4.4 billion industry that relies on h**p in North Carolina.

Tell your legislator to regulate, not eliminate, before it's too late. The federal deadline in November looms, and Raleigh must act first to safeguard everything this industry has built legally in NC.

We ask Legislators to establish the clear, responsible regulations that businesses, law enforcement, and consumers have been asking for:

— Age restrictions to keep products away from minors
— Mandatory third-party lab testing for every product
— Proper licensing for every business in the supply chain
— Product packaging and labeling standards

The votes are there. The public support is there. 62.6% of North Carolina voters — Republicans, Democrats, and independents — support this legislation.

Nobody is asking the state to do nothing. We're asking for sensible regulation — not elimination. It takes 30 seconds, and every message lands on your legislator's desk. Volume is what moves them.

What is missing is your voice.

Fill out the info to contact your state Senator and Representative right now. It takes less than two minutes. Tell them North Carolina needs comprehensive h**p regulations this session — before it is too late.

After you take action, share this page with one person in your district. Every voice counts.
