📍 Pickup Policy

To ensure the freshness and quality of your Sea Moss, there will be a 15-minute waiting period for all scheduled pickups.

If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, I will gladly reschedule one additional pickup appointment. If the order is not picked up after the rescheduled time, a new order will need to be prepared, as I do not sell or distribute Sea Moss that is no longer at its peak freshness.
