Behind every great team is someone who leads with love, kindness, and dedication, and we are so blessed to have you leading ours!

Thank you for creating an environment that feels more like family than just a workplace. 🩷

Your role is different. You carry the weight of JFP on your shoulders, taking home both the good and the hard parts of each day. Even when you’re away from the office, your patients are still on your mind. You care deeply, not only for the patients who walk through our doors, but also for your staff who show up beside you every day. You make us feel seen, heard, valued, and appreciated, and that means more than you know.

So much of what you do happens behind the scenes. The worries you carry, the decisions you make, the extra hours, and the little things you do that no one sees. Please know that none of it goes unnoticed.

We hope today reminds you just how loved, valued, and appreciated you are. We wouldn’t want anyone else leading this crew!
