Lumina Mind Body Studios offer many styles of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Power, Kripalu, Gentle, Svaroopa and Chair. We offer classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced students. We also have classes in Pilates, both mat and reformer, as well as NIA and Barre. Lumina is a welcoming community that embraces all ages and abilities.

HUMAN TOUCH ZERO GRAVITY MASSAGE CHAIRS
Settle into a full-body massage tailored to you. Choose a program and intensity, then let the chair work from your neck to your glutes while air compression soothes your arms and calves. Heat, Zero Gravity positioning and optional calming sounds help you relax and feel restored.

REDZONE SAUNAS
Step into your own private space for a restorative combination of red light therapy and infrared heat. Choose your preferred heat level and select individual red-light target areas or activate all panels for a full-body experience.

CRYOLOUNGE+ CHAIRS
A different approach to cold recovery. CryoLounge+ lets you target specific areas of the body with cold while using soothing heat in other areas for a more comfortable experience. Customizable zones, contrast settings and leg compression allow you to personalize your session.

The Lumina Recovery Room combines innovative technologies designed to ease muscle tension, support circulation, and promote relaxation. Recover after a workout. Recharge between classes. Or come in simply because taking time to restore feels good.

Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in Reformer Pilates and yoga to Lumina, blending classical training with a deeply intuitive approach to movement.
