I love working with women who feel their calling so deeply!!!

They KNOW they have something powerful to bring into the world.

And alsoā€¦ being fully seen in it can bring up WILD fear.

The desire and the fear can sit right alongside each other.

This is where we go deeper.

Through hypnosis, energy work and the guidance that comes through as we connect, we meet whatā€™s underneath.

Thereā€™s space for the fear to be heard. For old beliefs to be explored and released. For her to reconnect with the truth she feels so strongly.

Because there is a woman here with work she longs to do. A life she wants to live. So much she wants to express.

Another TRAVEL DIARY entry šŸ‡ØšŸ‡³

This one is all about THE UNKNOWN! Theā€¦ UNCOMFORTABLE!!

And I know, the unknown and the uncomfortable tend to have a pretty bad reputation šŸ˜… but after experiencing a crazy amount of BOTH on my travelsā€¦ here are my thoughts!

(Yes, my perspective has changed!!)

I found joy in them. I found expansion and lessons. I found VALUE!!

The unknown and uncomfortable kind of stopped being a daunting thing, and ended up feeling more like an opportunityā€¦

To BECOME something. To DISCOVER!! (Because, of course the unknown, really, is just a discovery you havenā€™t made yet šŸ˜‚)

Itā€™s really changing the way I see business, and definitely the content Iā€™ll be sharing in my 1:1s moving forward.

I want to express the magic of the undiscovered!! I want the women I work with to feel lit up and excited by the things that expand them, even if there are moments of facing the unknown and uncomfortable!

I want it to become a place of growth, not fear! A challenge that doesnā€™t exhaust you, but excites you and lights you up! ā­ļø

All it takes is a bit of reframing, and suddenly you unlock something so, so amazing!!

Iā€™m noticing so many things since Iā€™ve stoppedā€¦

Itā€™s like a million realisations have come flooding in!! And I think thatā€™s because I finally had the time, the space and the peace to open the flood gatesā€¦

And things just trickled through!!

Revelationsā€¦. Realisationsā€¦. Moments of CLARITY!!

Itā€™s been such a huge learning experience, as well as a rest (Iā€™m realising more and more those two things actually often come hand in hand!!)

I love my work. And Iā€™m so excited this experience is actually INFORMING and TRANSFORMING the way I functionā€¦
