I work with a lot of women who come to me and say some version of the same thing.
Iāve done everything.
The courses, the journaling, the therapy, the coaches. I understand my patterns. I know where it all comes from, but something is still running underneath all of it, and I cannot reach it. Itās just out of my reach.
And theyāre right. They canāt.
Because whatās running the show is deeper than mindset.
It is living in the subconscious, and the energy, and past lives, and ancestral lines, and layers that no amount of journaling on its own is ever going to touch.
