Good morning everyone! We wanted to update everyone on how scheduling works:
If you need an appointment with Dr. Fox, please message the portal or call/text the office to request one. VERY rarely we have same day appointments available but we do try to accommodate those as best as we can! If you need an urgent visit you must call or message us in some way first thing in the morning. We are currently booking into mid-June with VERY limited availability after that until second week of July.

During an Urgent Visit the condition that is urgent is the only thing that will be discussed. It will not be a full 45 minute appointment.

Members and Non Members are scheduled the exact same way, for the exact same amount of time. If you are a Member and you need to see Dr. Fox each month, you must schedule that in advance just like everyone else. If you book in advance then you no longer need the appointment you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no fees.

We are working hard to accommodate everyone but we also want to be as transparent as possible. Dr. Fox is only one person and she literally doesn't stop from the time she enters the building until she goes home AND she works from home! If we "break" her then we will all be in terrible shape. 😃

Hopefully this explanation helps everyone plan accordingly to keep things flowing and keep everyone happy and cared for!

Fox Family Direct Primary Care will be closed on May 22nd through May 26th. We will reopen with normal business hours on May 27th. Portal messages, phone calls, voicemails and text messages are not monitored outside of business hours.

As a friendly reminder, we do not take walk-ins for ANYTHING other than supplement purchasing.

If you are dropping off paperwork versus submitting it through the portal (preferred method = portal) then make sure it has your name and DOB on it. Drop off the paperwork at Front Desk and then someone will reach out to you if we have questions.

If you have messaged the portal about a medical concern over the weekend, please do not follow up with a phone call immediately upon office opening. I promise if it's urgent we will reply right away. We have to be able to see what you are calling about.

The receptionist is unable to provide medical care. As much as Dr. Fox is a wonderful teacher, my knowledge is better utilized at the Front Desk. ;)

This morning was WILD as we had 12 phone calls, 4 patients walk-in, 3 patients scheduled, and 5 blood draws before 9:30.

We are working HARD to streamline many processes to speed things up while still maintaining the high level of care that we love to provide and that you deserve to receive!!
