Physical fitness/activity, functional mov

ement, nutrition, recreation, daily exercise - all of these make up a healthy lifestyle which improve memory, daily function, physical and emotional health. My clients benefit by improving movement and activity. I incorporate stretching techniques, changes in ergonomic movement, strengthening exercises and lifestyle changes to help balance and build self-care skills in order to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
