What if mindfulness didn't require finding extra time?

In today's video, I'm sharing one of my favorite practical tools: the Major Triad.

It's a simple three-step awareness practice you can use while doing activities you're already doing every day.

✔️ Notice your thoughts

✔️ Notice your feelings

✔️ Notice what you're doing

That's it.

These small moments of awareness help strengthen your ability to return to the present moment, reduce self-judgment, and build the self-compassion that supports confident performing.

Whether you're a singer, musician, or simply someone trying to feel a little less overwhelmed, this practice can make a powerful difference.
