I’m one week post-op and doing really well! 🤍

I’m incredibly thankful for all of the prayers, check-ins, messages, and support over the last week. Recovery has gone smoothly so far, and I’m slowly easing back into work while still giving my body the rest it needs.

I’m currently taking virtual appointments for wellness injections, GLP-1 consultations/refills, and Integrative Health visits from home. I’ll also be back at HQ Chiropractic next week for a limited number of in-person appointments!

Thank you all for the continued love and patience while I heal. I truly have the best clients and community 🫶
