This month, we shine a light on an important conversation that too often stays in the dark—men's mental health.
Did you know that about 1 in 5 adult men experience a mental health condition each year? Yet many men feel pressure to stay silent, hide their emotions, or " tough it out" alone. Mental health challenges don't always look like sadness. They can show up as irritability, anger, risk-taking behaviors, substance use, social withdrawal, or avoiding emotions altogether.

âś… Listen without judgment.
âś… Encourage healthy coping skills and self-care.
âś… Remind them that asking for help takes courage.
Strong men ask for help. Strong men talk about their mental health. Strong men take care of themselves and others.
