If I had to start my IV therapy business all over again in 2026…
I would NOT start with the logo.
I would NOT obsess over the perfect name.
I would NOT sit around for 6 months trying to make everything look perfect before telling anyone.
The first thing I’d do?
I’d start creating awareness.
I’d grab my phone and start telling people:
“I’m launching an IV therapy business.”
“I’m going to be offering IV therapy, vitamin injections, wellness services, and helping people feel better.”
“I’m bringing something new to our area.”
Because here’s what most people get backwards…
They think once they get the LLC, EIN, medical director, protocols, insurance, EMR, vendors, and all the other business pieces set up…
Then they’ll start marketing.
Wrong.
You should be marketing while you’re getting set up.
You should be building awareness before you open.
You should be letting people follow the journey.
You should be getting involved in local Facebook groups.
You should be connecting with local businesses.
You should be letting people know what’s coming.
Because if nobody knows you exist…
You don’t have a business.
You have paperwork.
And yes, the setup matters.
You need the LLC.
You need the EIN.
You need the right medical director.
You need protocols and SOPs.
You need your malpractice insurance.
You need an EMR.
You need Good Faith Exams.
You need vendors, pharmacies, supplies, and a system to follow up with leads.
But the biggest mistake I see nurses make is waiting until everything is “ready” before they start putting themselves out there.
That’s how you open to crickets.
If I was starting from scratch in 2026, I’d build the business and the demand at the same time.
That’s exactly what I break down in my latest YouTube video.
I walk through the step-by-step order I’d follow if I was launching an IV therapy business today.
If you’re a nurse who wants to start an IV therapy business, mobile IV company, wellness clinic, or medspa…
Go watch it.
It’ll save you a lot of guessing.
I’ll drop the link in the comments.
