I didnt really know much about Bowen work before going in and thought the lymphatic massage would mostly just help me relax but I swear I felt different the next day. Not in some dramatic “life changing” way lol just lighter and less puffy and my neck wasnt screaming at me by the end of the work day.

What I liked most was that Colin didnt make it awkward or overly clinical. He explained things in normal people terms and actually listened instead of rushing through the appointment.
