Many think movement only “counts” if it’s a full workout.
If they can’t fit in an hour at the gym, they feel like there’s no point at all.
And with all of the end of school year activities, it’s easy to use that excuse.
I’ve definitely thought that way myself but the truth is you don’t always need an hour workout to feel better.
You need a few minutes…repeated throughout your day.
Movement snacks. 🍓
5–10 minutes here & there:
✔️ Squats while your coffee brews
✔️ A quick walk between loads of laundry or before addressing the next email
✔️ Stretching before bed
It adds up — and more importantly, it shifts your energy.
This isn’t about burning calories.
It’s about creating momentum.
Try a “movement snacks” day and start taking control of your health in a way that actually fits your real life. 💪
