Kicking off today is signs of dehydration! How exactly do you know if you’re dehydrated? Here are a few signs to quickly check for dehydration:

💧Extreme thirst or dry mouth
💧 Dark colored urine
💧Fatigue or constant tiredness
💧 Dizziness or lightheadedness
💧 Decreased urination

Make sure you’re staying hydrated especially in this summer heat!

Hi everyone! My name is Laney! I’m currently a Registered Nurse in the NICU and I ,of course, run Grace and Glow 💗 I have been an RN for over 6 years!

I’ve had SO much fun getting to know all of my clients and getting to help so many of you feel like a more hydrated version of yourself!

My most favorite part of my business is building connections with my clients and helping them feel their best selves. I provide vitamin infusions via intravenous that allows for a more immediate response. I also provide GLP-1s for all of my weight loss girlies and guys! 🤪
