🎯 Community, Connection & a Little Friendly Competition! 🎯

Hailey-Beyond Faith Home Health and Holly-St. Gabriel's Hospice were excited to partner together for our monthly Co****le Tournament at Mineral Wells Senior Center! 🏆

We had such a great time bringing our community together for an afternoon filled with laughter, fellowship, friendly competition, and fun! ❤️ Providing education in a fun way!

A huge thank you to the Azle Senior Center for allowing Beyond Faith Home Health to be a part of your incredible 40th anniversary celebration!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this special milestone with such an amazing community. It was a joy connecting with so many wonderful seniors, sharing information about the services we offer, and celebrating four decades of making a difference in the lives of others.

Over the last couple of weeks, Beyond Faith Home Health and St. Gabriel’s Hospice have been blessed to participate in several wonderful community events. We truly love connecting with our neighbors, building relationships, and sharing how we can make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Every event gives us the opportunity to educate families, caregivers, and healthcare partners about the compassionate home health and hospice services we provide—helping patients receive the care they need in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
