Tuesday, September 1 at River Run Healing Arts

10 am Gentle Yoga: A slower-paced flow to relaxing music with a focus on seated, standing, kneeling, and lying postures to foster mobility, stretching, and relaxation. Poses are typically held for more than one breath, with cueing given in both English and Sanskrit. This class combines mindfulness and grounding, poses to aid in balance and fall prevention by lengthening and strengthening, and ends with a deep relaxation. This class is perfect for those new to yoga, easing back into their practice after injury or time away from the mat, or anyone looking to move their bodies while meeting new friends and having some fun!

All classes are open to ALL! Use your monthly River Run membership package, or drop-in at $12 per class. Cash, check, Venmo or PayPal accepted. No pre-registration necessary for in-person attendees.
