By opening the chest and stretching the entire body from side to side, Triangle helps encourage circulation, supports deeper breathing, and creates a feeling of openness through the heart center. • Slow it down — step one foot in at a time
• Elevate your hands on a block or bench to reduce intensity
• Focus on a strong plank: shoulders over wrists, core engaged

The mirrors in Bikram Yoga are not there to judge how you look. They are there to help you see yourself clearly.

In every class, the mirror gives instant feedback.
💭 Are you staying focused or checking out when things get hard?
💭 Are you holding steady in balancing postures or letting frustration take over?
💭 Can you stay calm and breathe when the posture feels uncomfortable?

Over time, the mirrors help you start to notice something. You notice the postures stay the same, but your response to them changes.

Self-trust gets built in hot rooms like this.

You think about leaving when it feels hard, you're unbelievably hot, or your mind is wandering to some far off place.
But...you stay.

You show up. Work through the postures. Breathe. And little by little, your brain stops seeing you as someone who quits on yourself. It starts trusting.

The postures stay the same, but each class feels different.

Some days you feel stronger.
Some days your focus is sharper.
Other days, you realize your mind stayed calmer in situations that usually would’ve thrown you off.

That’s the power of repetition.

You come in, do the work, and slowly notice things shifting — in your body, your mindset, your everyday life.
