Studio Rue specializes in “bridging the gap” between the Medical and Fitness communities. We provide a highly, structured step-down transition from Physical Therapy programs to Musculoskeletal programs so clients may safely return to their most functional state possible following an injury, surgery or chronic pain diagnosis. Unlike gyms and personal trainers, Studio Rue will work directly with our

clients Physician, Chiropractor and/or Physical Therapist to ensure our programs follow medical protocol and are safe. Our team of Movement Specialists has extensive knowledge in anatomy, biomechanics, Post –Physical Therapy Rehabilitation protocol and medical conditions. We carefully assess and develop safe and effective programs specifically based on our client’s individual needs as they relate to their doctor/therapists plan of care. Studio Rue assists our clients in understanding their condition by cutting through the medical jargon using layman’s terms. Our methods make it easy to establish a mutual goal between client’s needs and a medical practitioner’s plan of care. Clients clearly comprehend the purpose their wellness program making it easy to functionally integrate it into their daily life
