🌙 Community Sound Bath 🌙

Step into a soothing space where sound becomes medicine. We begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in, then move into a Reiki-infused sound journey with a gong, drums, singing bowls, and chimes.

The combination of Reiki energy and healing vibrations supports deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and inner peace.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves, helping to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance.

All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and receive. ✨

🧘‍♀️ No experience needed — simply come as you are. Bring a yoga/camping mat, blanket, or anything to make yourself cozy.
