Beginning May 29, 2026, Dr. Martin Rosen will be taking the summer off from patient care at Wellesley Chiropractic Office. This season will provide time to pause, rest, and reflect on the next chapter ahead for both our practice and our family.

We are deeply grateful for the trust and support you have given us throughout the years. Caring for you and your families has truly been an honor.

For patients seeking continued care, Dr. Erin Rosen will continue offering limited hours at the Wellesley location on Mondays and Thursdays, in addition to her Concord office. To schedule with Dr. Erin, please email [email protected] or visit tailoredtouchhealth.com. All scheduling, billing, and patient records will transition to her system, and available appointments will be accessible once you create an account.

We also understand the importance of continuity of care and have provided referrals to chiropractors who have studied with us and share a similar clinical philosophy and approach to patient care. If the recommended providers are not the right fit for your needs, additional referrals can be found through the Referral Directory available on the WellesleyChiro.com homepage.

For those continuing nutritional supplement support, online ordering accounts have also been set up for patient convenience.

Memorial Day is not only about remembrance, but it is also about gratitude.

Gratitude for the lives that were given in service to others.
Gratitude for the courage shown in moments most of us will never fully understand.
Gratitude for the sacrifice that continues to shape the freedoms we have today.

We honor those who served and never came home. Their legacy will always be remembered.

We’re often asked why we prioritize teaching in smaller, regional settings instead of limiting education to large events.

The answer is simple, this is where real clinical growth happens.
Being in the room with practicing chiropractors, working alongside , and seeing how this work is applied in real practices allows us to refine evaluation and adjusting protocols in real time.

The doctors who show up are committed to more than just learning techniques. They’re focused on understanding the neurological impact of what they do and improving their ability to deliver specific, indicator-based care.

That’s how this work grows, through doctors who continually refine their skills and elevate their standards.

Our mission is to support that process and expand access to this level of pediatric chiropractic care in practices around the world.

When a resource becomes part of how doctors think, evaluate, and adjust—it’s no longer just a book. It becomes a clinical tool.

This feedback from Dr. Andrew Alft reflects what many chiropractors experience when they begin to integrate a more structured, neurologically focused approach to pediatric care.

Pediatric Chiropractic Care: A Complete Guide to Pediatric Spinal and Cranial Evaluation and Adjusting was designed to do exactly that—provide clear protocols for assessment, guide indicator-based adjusting, and deepen your understanding of how cranial and spinal dynamics influence neurological development.

If you’re serious about refining your pediatric skills and elevating your clinical certainty, this is where that process begins.

From the moment a baby is born, their body is learning and adapting to the world around them. However, if structural and neurological patterns, known as subluxations, occur in the first year, they can interfere with how the nervous system functions.

Correcting these early disruptions helps ensure the nervous system works properly, allowing your child to thrive without interference. Early care can set the stage for lifelong health and well-being.

For over four decades, Dr. Martin Rosen has built a practice grounded in consistency, clinical excellence, and a deep understanding of neurological development.

Caring for four generations of families is not by chance, it’s the result of a system built on precise evaluation, indicator-based adjusting, and a commitment to looking beyond symptoms. When you address the structural and neurological factors that influence function, you create care that lasts.

This is the model of a sustainable pediatric and family practice: one that integrates adjusting, lifestyle guidance, and long-term wellness strategies.

It’s also the foundation of what we teach at the Peak Potential Institute, developing doctors who can deliver this level of care with confidence and clarity.

Dr. Major DeJarnette emphasized a foundational truth in the Philosophy, Art, and Science of SOT®:

“Subluxations of the atlas-occipital or atlas-axis region distort the primary respiratory mechanism and place abnormal stress on the meningeal system... and nearly all of these subluxations occur before the age of seven.”

This is the essence of the Category I subluxation pattern.

Even though we often see its effects in adults, the root cause—disrupted cranial-sacral rhythm and dural tension—typically begins in early childhood.

Early evaluation and care matter. The nervous system’s foundation is built young, and what’s left uncorrected can layer into lifelong compensation patterns.

The psoas plays a critical role in pelvic balance and overall spinal stability—especially in growing children.

Here’s a simple assessment:
1️⃣ With the child supine, gently traction their arms overhead at the wrists.
2️⃣ Bring palms together and compare fingertip length.
3️⃣ The shorter side indicates a contracted psoas.

Correcting this imbalance helps restore pelvic stability and balance the diaphragmatic transverse fascial plane—laying the foundation for improved posture, movement, and neurological integration.

Clinical certainty in pediatric practice comes from having a clear system—not just philosophy, but application.

The Pediatric Chiropractic Care book by Dr. Martin Rosen is a foundational clinical resource designed to guide chiropractors through the evaluation and correction of pediatric patients. It outlines specific protocols for assessing cranial motion, meningeal tension, and neurological development, while emphasizing indicator-based adjusting.

This is not theory—it is a step-by-step framework you can implement in practice to improve consistency, confidence, and outcomes.

If you are serious about mastering pediatric chiropractic, this belongs in your clinical library.

Refine your analysis. Be specific in your adjustments. Deliver the results your patients need.
