Tension isn’t always about trauma.
Sometimes it’s your posture.
Sometimes it’s a nutritional pattern.
Sometimes it’s your jaw holding because your pelvis is unstable.
But trauma always leaves a pattern.
In your breath.
In your fascia.
In your structure.
In your nervous system’s baseline.
This work isn’t about chasing trauma—it’s about noticing the imprint.
Where the tissue holds.
Where the system flinches.
Where the breath catches.
Your nervous system doesn’t need to re-live your story to heal.
It just needs to be met where it’s still adapting.
Where it’s still bracing.
Where it hasn’t yet remembered safety is possible.
That’s the work.
And it’s work I do with gentleness and precision.
