Our Digestion Support Tea has already been a staple for a while now—and I personally love it after eating to help settle my stomach and support digestion naturally 🫖🌿

It’s officially June, which means it’s my birthday month and time for my favorite tradition! ✨

For the third year in a row, a portion of all June sales from Abby’s Apothecary will be donated to the Big Love One Community Food Pantry in North Berwick. Big Love One Community

Because of your support:

That’s $225 donated back into our community so far.

These are my personal go-to products during my period and something I genuinely use every single month. As someone with endometriosis, I’m really mindful about creating supportive rituals during my cycle, and this combo has become one of my staples. 🤍

Why is our Pet CBD Tincture one of the most-loved and best-selling products in the shop? Because we formulated it with intention🤍

At Abby’s Apothecary we use:
✔️ CBD Isolate
✔️ Cod Liver Oil
❌ No h**p seed oil fillers
❌ No MCT oil

Why does that matter? 👇

CBD isolate gives a clean, consistent amount of CBD without unnecessary extras — making it a gentle option for pets of all sizes. We pair it with nutrient-rich cod liver oil because it naturally contains omega fatty acids that support:
🐶 Skin & coat health
🐶 Joints & mobility
🐶 Overall wellness

Many pet CBDs use h**p seed oil or MCT oil. H**p seed oil contains little to no CBD on its own, and while MCT oil is commonly used, some pets can be sensitive to it. We chose a veterinary grade cod liver oil because it’s nourishing, palatable for picky pets, and something we personally feel good about giving our own animals❤️

I get asked all the time what products I personally use from Abby’s Apothecary, so I thought it would be fun to start sharing my everyday favorites in a little series! 🤍

My daily go-to for skincare is the Glowing Face Serum — I use it every morning and night. My skin is super sensitive, so I’m really mindful about keeping my routine simple, hydrating, and botanical-based.

If my skin is feeling extra dry during the winter or after long days in the sun, I layer on the Rose Glow Skin Balm for extra moisture and nourishment 🌹

These are two products I genuinely use constantly and keep stocked in my own bathroom because they’ve become part of my routine over time.

Not all skincare is bad skincare — but over the years I’ve become much more mindful about what I put on my skin. I’ve always had very sensitive skin, and for the longest time I struggled to find products that actually worked for me without causing irritation or breakouts.

That journey is a huge part of why I started gravitating toward simpler, more botanical-focused skincare with fewer fillers and ingredients I can actually recognize.

I personally love products that are:
• organic ingredients
• minimal ingredient formulas
• no harsh additives

Simple doesn’t mean ineffective 🤍 Sometimes less really is more when it comes to caring for your skin.

Lately I’ve been reaching for our Holy Basil tincture nonstop with how stressful life has been lately 😂

Holy Basil (Tulsi) has been traditionally used to help support the body during times of stress, promote balance, and encourage a sense of calm without feeling heavy or sleepy. It’s one of those herbs that just feels grounding.

We have tons of single-herb tinctures available depending on what your body is needing, but this one has definitely been my go-to lately 🤍
