When things are NEW, we look witb curiosity and an openness which can fade when we THINK WE KNOW what we're going to see. In 2010, I realEYES'd programs of "you can't" , "don't ever", "it's stupid to believe" were keeping me stuck in a smaller version of living.

Since starting to root out these beLIEfs, my brain has rewired to perceive more ~ receive more, so I experience more. Stay curious.

Here are some tips ~ Watch yourself and SHUT DOWN expectation. When we are expecting something that is what our brain looks for (bc the ego wants to be right). INSTEAD vaguely set your sights on evidence of LOVE. Be present.

Stay aware of your surroundings right HERE (not some past event or future fear ... and definitely not what you're going to say next).

Mystery abounds and surrounds you! What's happening in nature, what do you smells, how does your body feel? Try this and expand your experience +💖🌈🦅+

"Seeing is Believing" is an obsolete program fed to us as children. No! I say "Believing Allows Seeing" self, others, our world beyond the lack, limitation, separation ... Thrive Now! Love, Kristi

I've been utilizing FB Marketplace to sell furniture etc. as we prepare to downsize and sell our Wells Maine home. The other day a young couple came for item pickup. She had the most beautiful waist-length hair, and I was moved to tell her so (surely she already knew this, right)!?!

Surprisingly she replied "oh, thank you for saying so. I cut it myself and have been feeling VERY self-conscious about how it looks." She pulled a hidden section from beneath the long straight bulk at the back of her neck. It was shorter, darker, with a bit of a wavy texture.

"Your hair is gorgeous," I repeated.

Later, as I was relaxing one of my favorite quotes from RUMI resounded in my head ~ "The wound is the place the light enters you!"

A message unfolded and I reached back to her to share the Rumi quote (which she had heard before but never really seen how to apply it IRL):

Here is a feature (in her case her hair) that to all others is seen as beauty, but in our own eyes is ugly. We can shift to paying attention to what we are being self-conscious about because that is our own SELF showing us where we can ultimately add the most love and light, rather than self loathing/self abuse.

Other times, these things we think everyone is looking at is ultimately our own SELF asking for Healing Love and Light, from ourselves to ourselves for ourselves through ourselves.

Starting in that moment of awareness ("of my gosh, you're SO RIGHT. I never thought about it in that way!"), she can use these hairs as a way to create more self love, even providing more nurturing and "mothering" to them . Ultimately these hairs will help her not only accept but also love without condition her human imperfections.

Light had the most effect on darkness. Flood yourSELF with light. You are not your body. Your body is your space suit, a sacred vehicle for your journey on this Earth.

Become more aware of how you judge yourSELF ... then employ this message to reassess your Divine Perfection! Where can you release learned programming that you need to be less or more?

As a child I was often told I was "too sensitive". This was not Truth; in the last two decades The Universe has shown me that my sensitivities are integral in the gifts God tasked me to share here in this lifetime.

Our gifts and these light-hungry portals to self love are often found in the midst these aspects that others judged, teased, encouraged us to hide!

Earth's seasonal flora offers many spiritual messages of growth, evolution and renewal we may miss in the "every day" ...

🪺 🌸 🌺 Dare to stand out and "show your best self" with the Spring;
🌅🐝🌻 Balance work and play with Summer's sunshine and blue-sky days;
🍁🍂🪾 Let go and honor what has ended with the falling leaves of Fall; and
🌬️❄️🐾 With the frigid white-out of winter, return to the ebb and prepare to receive.

We have been conditioned to w
focus primarily on DOing, giving, "the flow" but there is equally-important balance and harmony in eagerly anticipating and embracing "the ebb", for this is where when we pause to receive Grace ... BEing present 🎁 .

Part of my self care is escaping the harsh NE Winter cold, traveling to warmer southern layovers. Had the most AMAZING road trip moment, stopping at a random rest area off 85 in Grover NC.

As we drive in, I immediately spot an immense peace sign atop a flat bed. "Stop here, so I can go see that!" Joe parks, and I run from the car parking to the truck parking.

As I approach, the driver is heading toward the cab. "Hi, this is wonderful!" I exclaim. "May I take a photo before you roll?" He kindly agrees, and we chat a moment bc my inquisitive mind wants to know to/fro. I'm sorry I don't remember where it's going (maybe Charlotte), but he's hauled it all the way from Colorado.

Javier had stopped here to uncover ☮️, as he's been told via dispatch that effort will be harder in the downtown delivery area. "Oh, so this has been covered up until now?" "Yes, you're the first person who's seen it."

I thank him for letting me see and capture it; then he says "do you want a photo with you by it?" "As long as you won't get in trouble for me getting onto the bed." He laughs, "it's my truck, I can do what I want."

I suggest he be prepared for people beeping at him and his precious load. Look at the sun rays in the full-on shot 🤩 (no 2)

A FB memory. Grateful to have assisted Susan as expressed in her note. Like many, she lived most of her life chasing a body ideal which was actually counter to aspects of her life path and making her sick. She's made strides in short time and is recovering on many levels from the dis-ease her self criticism created. Thanks Kristi, I so totally appreciate having your time a guidance. You were right on point with so many things. After our session I expected to be a little wiped out from my tears of release. But, just the opposite occurred. I spent the rest of the day yesterday euphoric and full of energy.

I am looking forward to progressing through this and exploring/developing some new aspects of "me". I am completely excited to know I have angels with me and that they are pleased...how great is that? Thanks again xo Susan F, Connecticut

[This was a distance session, but when I "touched" her shoulders near the end of our session I heard "Your angels are well pleased with you" and conveyed that message to her. Messages come through like this, for the mind-body-spirit-emotions, unique for each client and their healing-empowerment-journey.]

US Media has always been skewed toward reporting negative, sensational, even fear-based stories and predictions. Yet, there is so much good; and we see it when we watch for it!

We can each/all further guarantee THERE IS GOODNESS in our world when WE show up as the one who cares helps yields gives shares smiles 💖 Life becomes even more rich when we give.
