I CHOOSE a life that IS NOT black OR white. I know I was indoctrinated into beLIEving that was what to look for and, thereby, experience.

I have learned to EMPOWER God's gift of FREE WILL by more consciously observing what I'm choosing. On that path, I have found that the magic and heart and soul of LIVING is found in the spectrum of COLOR and OPPORTUNITY between those polar limits.

Here, for example, I see a heart(s), shared in plain view, and yet hidden, were looking for a solid, same-colored object in the shape of a heart.

I know you will likely see LOVE that I missed. No harm, no advantage, no worse, no better ... because when YOU ARE LIVING IN & LOOKING FOR LOVE 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🤍 you cannot lose this "game" of LIFE❣️

8-8 is an energetic opening (portal) called "The Lion's Gate". I found this image in 2016 ... This artwork by A. Andrew Gonzalez is amazing! Here are some suggestions for mindfully embracing the powerful LIGHT and UPLIFT coming to us through Sirius.

Sirius appearing on the horizon at this time of year, is one of the major astronomical alignments of the Giza Pyramids and other historic landmarks on our planet. Sit with this illustration, following patterns and watching what you observe. Ask yourself what you see that you've overlooked in the past; blur your eyes and see if anything else comes to your attention.

Personally, I've found the things I was shamed into hiding as a child or felt self-conscious/self-critical about held to keys to my higher spiritual gifts and expansion as I opened to them with love.

Do not be afraid to look within, because ultimately that is your current abode! If you think about really moving toward more bliss, what has been holding you back via SHOULDS or CAN'Ts or SELF-DOUBT? Recognize each as a limitation of how you are seeing yourSELF and our world. Look closer and consider you may have come here to see and heal these very observations or beLIEf. Find your power to say "Yes, I AM here!"

Be conscious of what you are creating with your words, actions and thoughts. Focus clearly on what you DO want rather than what you don't want and/or fear.

Take the time to listen for/to your intuition ... release preconceived notions on how you receive guidance ... it may not come as pictures or even clear thoughts ... but as longings for change, growth, freedom through a new awareness of things you wish to change about yourself or new interests you'd like to explore.

This is a time of clearing away what's no longer useful for joy and happiness. Harness the power of the Lion (so often seen as the beast, but loving parent and community member). Think of the meme ~ kitten looking in the standing mirror and seeing a LION. Step toward the light, we have been waiting to see you sparkle ... yes, you are great! Like all new skills, this takes a bit of effort at first, but soon you'll be rising with Ease and GRACE.

In order to let go of past-tense trauma, we have to recognize its impact on our every day. The Earth's Elements (Terra, Air, Water, and Fire) can support us in this journey.

Be in nature. Connect with our Earth Mother, Gaia.

Breathe deeply. Undertake that the breath is not the important thing in meditation, it's the connection of that breath to ALL THAT IS.

Water is the element of the emotions. Drink lots of fresh water. If that's a problem to you, start by identifying what temperature of water you like best/least. Reach for a glass of what suits you/your body.

As with all things within this good/bad, yin-yang "reality", each element can birth life or destroy. That facet of creation and transformation is perhaps most evident with Fire.

Fire's flames, crackles and light dance can help us let go of stress and "old stuff" at a deeply unconscious layer.

When we focus loving intention on "house cleaning" with each or all of these elements we are working smarter, not harder!

THE BREATHER

I can find happiness because I already hold happiness!
I shift my focus toward that happiness,
I release the pull of this thing that held me in less than happiness.

I let love wash over me like a soothing breeze

When things are NEW, we look witb curiosity and an openness which can fade when we THINK WE KNOW what we're going to see. In 2010, I realEYES'd programs of "you can't" , "don't ever", "it's stupid to believe" were keeping me stuck in a smaller version of living.

Since starting to root out these beLIEfs, my brain has rewired to perceive more ~ receive more, so I experience more. Stay curious.

Here are some tips ~ Watch yourself and SHUT DOWN expectation. When we are expecting something that is what our brain looks for (bc the ego wants to be right). INSTEAD vaguely set your sights on evidence of LOVE. Be present.

Stay aware of your surroundings right HERE (not some past event or future fear ... and definitely not what you're going to say next).

Mystery abounds and surrounds you! What's happening in nature, what do you smells, how does your body feel? Try this and expand your experience +💖🌈🦅+

"Seeing is Believing" is an obsolete program fed to us as children. No! I say "Believing Allows Seeing" self, others, our world beyond the lack, limitation, separation ... Thrive Now! Love, Kristi
