Our providers, Vicki Holzapfel, CNP, & James Snyder, CNP, are currently accepting new patients. We offer office visits for self-pay patients starting at $50 and participate with several insurance providers, including Anthem/BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, UMR, Medicare, Medical Mutual, and Aetna.
