It has been serving North Central Washington for over 65 years and is the last independently owned and operated pharmacy in Wenatchee. We are dedicated to patient care and work closely with Doctors, Nurses, and insurance companies to ensure that patients get the best care available. We accept most major insurances; over 1,000 nationwide insurance plans including Washington Medicaid, Premera, Argus

, and most Medicare Part D plans. Wenatchee Clinic Pharmacy maintains a highly professional staff including 6 full and part time Pharmacists, 6 Pharmacy Technicians, and 6 Pharmacy Assistants. We also maintain a state-of-the-art computer system and software, both standard to every pharmacy and some built specifically for Wenatchee Clinic Pharmacy to assist in its relationship with other health care providers and insurances.

We are looking to hire an efficient pharmacy assistant to perform all clerical duties required for the efficient running of the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining patient files, placing orders for pharmaceutical supplies, and operating the cash register. You should also be able to direct patients’ medication-related questions to the pharmacist.

Pharmacy Assistant Responsibilities:

Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.

Processing sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.

Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications to the pharmacist.

Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.

Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.

Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean.
