Sometimes the most important thing we do in a day is make space for the pause between breaths. And that's a mighty wall of support elements for you to do that.

The shapes we make in yoga are only here for you to learn about yourself, and we all need a little support along the way. So, remember to be an ally for yourself when you head into the studio and get what you need, get what you want, and most importantly, use props that will support in your journey of coming closer to yourself.

The instructors who share their light in this space are an incredible gift to our community. And the students who show up to practice keep the whole energy of reciprocity and being human together in balance.

We're lucky to have Matt Penny sharing goodness in the studio for the next few months! He'll be teaching Kinstretch on Mondays 9am. Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximal body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. It’s a great supplement to any persons yoga practice and is designed to improve joint function.

Practice with Matt and feel good in those bones of yours!
