Yesterday started a new heart and soul medicine journey for me ♥️

Instead of doing a presentation on regenerative medicine, I spoke about The Soul.

And about how we CAN change the course of humanity, regardless of what our external reality appears like.

That one thing is raising our frequency and expanding our consciousness.

Because the one thing we all have in common is that we are made of energy. And so, when we change our frequency we have the power to influence the collective unified field.

And that starts by remembering who we truly are — the powerful, beautiful, creative, loving human beings that we are.

Behind the smoke and mirrors.
The performance.
The masks.
The conditioning.
The distortions of society.

We are gifted this most wondrous gift — of living and breathing on Earth. So, what are you going to do with it?

Do you have the gumption to make the changes in life that will allow the world to see more of your heart and soul — the more authentic you?

Or will you run or sit in survival and stagnation — with a nihilistic view of life and think well, I’m gonna die anyway and the worlds going to s**t so why bother making a change?

Or are you so overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or fearful — in a state of flight or fright or freeze that you can’t seem to do anything?

If we believe in the Hermetic principle of correspondence — that we are the microcosm of the macrocosm, then we are already winning.

There are already changes happening that we can’t see, but we can definitely feel.

I hope you believe that YOU can make a difference in this ever-changing universe! Humanity and the state of our future existence needs you! 🤍

The Dimmer Switch…

Remember that dimmer switch?
The one that made you feel smaller than you really were.
The one that made your bigness appear like it was too much.
The one that made your awkwardness and eclectic-ness seem too loud.
The one that said, hey, if you looked more Caucasian, if you acted more White, you’d fit in better.

Ah, all the times friends (some of them my Asian sisters) who jokingly said I was a banana —
Yellow on the outside, and White on the inside.
And to be honest, I don’t blame them.
I tried to be who I wasn’t just to “fit in”.

In retrospect that was decades ago and I laugh at all the ways I tried to fit in.
I am so grateful now for the way I look and think and feel and just AM.
To be able to stand on my own and choose to love myself for looking and thinking and feeling and Being different.
To believe in magic when others see chaos.
To believe I am so loved and protected by so many special Beings here and in the unseen realms.
To chose to believe that the rebuilding of a new aligned system is worth the destruction of the current systems —
In both my own personal life and the collective whole.

And for the first time ever I am truly starting to feel I am closer to my most raw, aligned, human Higher Self.
Many of the masks have consciously been taken off and I’ve noticed less heavy armor burdening me.
That I feel more and more, day by day,
The pure Divinity that lives within my every breath and depth.
And to follow my Intuition that has been lovingly guiding me along the way.

When you believe the Divine is within you.
When you truly believe that you are LOVE.
And you honor that sacred union.
There’s nothing that can dim your Light, but you.

The Flame Flickers 🔥

For the last 2 years, my body, my intuition has been guiding me to follow the Fire!

At that time I didn’t know what that meant and I was blindly following synchronous breadcrumbs that the Universe was gifting me with to do just that — follow this internal fire.

Coincidentally, around that time frame I road-tripped to California and attended an amazingly beautiful and intimate festival in the Redwoods called, you guessed it: FireLight festival!

And the mystical experience that happened to me during that kundalini breathwork session in the Redwoods would later be the flame that undoubtedly began my spiritual awakening 🔥

One week later, in June 2025 I sat in my first Ayahuasca ceremony in Joshua Tree. Unsurprisingly, there was lots of fire energy; me leading grand animals of all types, and the sights and sounds of war drums igniting the fire within me 🔥. The Warrior energy within me was awoken and I was blasted with visions of the fight within. And around me — physically through my body. I could not sit still or lay still during the ceremony because so much energy was running through me. I was apparently vocalizing out loud for folks to Wake the F up! 👀

I remember the facilitator lamenting to me later on how intense I was on the medicine — that what they witnessed was akin to Kali energy no doubt being transmitted through me. And so, that was the beginnings of my face-to-face interaction with this fire energy within me I intuitiively call: El Dragoness 🐉

And so, this week, the energy of fire and dragon and warrior has resurfaced and it is relentless.

One year later and I am STILL integrating all that I have learned from that beautiful Aya ceremony.

Mother Divine encourages me to step into my power.
To alchemize that fire.
To create from within.
To breathe IT out into into existence.
To lead and serve others with love and compassion — like a true Warrior.
And to cut off the egoic head of fear

My Soul is awakened and I can no longer sit still. It is my Soul, my El Dragoness energy that is the life force energy allowing me to Be the authentic Original me ♥️

This morning I woke up with such an expansive heart and the energy of divine love swirling within me.
With eyes closed, peacefully listening to the birds chirping outside my trailer, I was brought to tears with Beauty.
Not just beauty in the physical sense, but the Beauty that lives within all beings; the beauty in and of Life — past, present, future.

Ever since I read the Navajo prayer: The Beauty Way, its remained in my heart.

In beauty I walk
With beauty before me I walk
With beauty behind me I walk
With beauty above me I walk
With beauty around me I walk
It has become beauty again

I hope that during this time of rampant, fiery changes that you find the peace, harmony, and Beauty within and all around YOU! 🤍

How often to do speak words of devotion to your body?
How often do you make love to your own body?
How often do you neglect your body with unhealthy foods?

So often we bitch, we curse, we complain about our sacred temple.

Yet our bodies, our beloved beautify bodacious bodies hears everything.

And with some recent injuries, it dawned on me how remiss I’ve been in honoring this body that has gifted me with so many senses and sensations.

And Ohhhhh, the places it’s taken me — in all the realms.

So, my friend, when was the last time you spoke tender words of love and care to your body?

Last night as I was falling into my dreamscape, a vision popped up of an animal’s face coming towards me. As it came out of the shadows it became clear to me it was a black and white tiger with bright red eyes, beaming its intense stare at me. (I actually had to google it to see if such an tiger existed)!

I wasn’t afraid; I felt the opposite, actually. Protected and surprisingly, at home. It wasn’t a foe, it was a friend, reminding me that I am as strong and as brave as they come.

And, to buckle up.

You see, I had a particularly traumatic experience with someone yesterday and it brought up intense feelings of fear, aggression, anger, resentment — all those emotions we try to hide and keep locked up in our cage.

And it was no coincidence that the day before, I was having a mini skin healing crisis (the kind I got when my Lyme symptoms were at its worst) 4 years ago. I was churning and burning through emotions that I didn’t even realize was still suppressed, lodged within my immune system and my nervous system.

And all I could was to Let Go and embrace the fact those dense energies are releasing in its own way, at its own time.

So no matter if it was “just my imagination”, or if it was truly an albino tiger and I communicating on a different realm, animals have played one of the most vital roles in my health and healing 1000%.

If you actually took a peek into my last bedroom, it felt like a mini jungle — with plants and different animal statues/figurines faced towards my bed, all lovingly protecting me — from owls to c***s, snakes, panthers, to flighty birds to cats and the like. And of course, lots of different animal furs LOL.

So if you often see animals popping up in your meditations or dreams, ask what is the message they have for you…

While some folks want to build the biggest baddest AI robotics that are touted to be even better than humans, my dream is to bring more Love and Human connection into my practice so we can raise our consciousness and remember the biggest baddest humans that we are!

As we are currently consumed by the energy of fire and air, it’s no wonder so many are changing mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — and quickly! The beauty in all of this is that many are awakening to their Higher Self.

When we start to awaken to our Soul’s desires and what truly drives us — what we are passionate about, it creates so much more aliveness and vitality in our life, which then spreads to everyone we connect with.

At least that’s the seed I’m planting for my patient community for the next 6 months and if it organically grows, then let it grow…

I wanted to build a community that could freely talk about all the events (seen and unseen) that may be transpiring and how it may be affecting our relationships, our physical bodies, and our consciousness.

The doctor of the future doesn’t just assess your lab biomarkers — the doctor of the future asks: what is it that this patient needs in all the different levels of healing.

So, my friends, I hope that you join me once a month, for an hour, to commune about our Soul, our Eros, and how we can collectively live a life of more love, more vitality, more joy, and more harmony.

We must start somewhere if we want to consciously build a better Life for Mother Earth and all her children and all those in the Cosmos.

So I’m starting here (more details to come)…
