Glitch in Time and Reality?

As illusions continue to break down and you start living a life in flow with Nature versus resisting/controlling it, the veil thins and time starts to sort of collapse, changing your reality.

For me, the energy this week has been dark — working through my shadows and more ego collapse. Working on letting go of old beliefs that are latching on for dear life! Not judging myself but being aware of what is actually happening in the monkey mind and riding the wave. After a thunderstorm there’s always a different shade of light emerging, and a deep cleansing.

At the same time I feel as if timelines are colliding? There’s like a time glitch. I’m supposed to be in 2026 yet I found myself several times this week either saying out loud or typed out that it was 2025! I have had the most difficult time “thinking” that it’s 2026. Trying to logically focus on the idea it was 2026 took an immense amount of brain energy. It didn’t make sense. It was also difficult to remember — Are we in June or May, or April? It was the trippiest thing.

And though I believe my current astrology has a play in this, this also coincided with when (this past weekend) I went down the rabbit hole of researching different podcasts and interviews of the potential ways AI could affect our society as a whole. I think this walked me straight down into a lower vibrational state of being. That is how energetically vampiric social media can be.

This experience was teaching me something so important — that what social media has been doing, and now AI to a whole other level, with propaganda and mind control, is in essence trying to control our CONSCIOUSNESS. Our own source of power! To keep us in that lower vibrational state of fear, scarcity, division, and the the belief that we humans are defective and less in some way.

When we raise our consciousness through awareness, healing, and presence we no longer want to live the script others have written for us. Instead we more easily embrace love, compassion, freedom, joy, harmony, kindness and Oneness — because we are that.

Expressive Art Therapy through Body Wisdom!

You can be with a partner, a lover, a group of friends, a gaggle of goose and still feel completely and utterly lonely…

And you can be alone, but feel like there is a whole family of Spirits & Angels that surround you, love you, and protect you.

That you are indeed, never alone…

When we honor our beautiful physical bodies and tap into its powerful essence (our soul) — all the answers we seek are already there…

We just have to remember 💙

Enter the Dragon 🐉

For the past 6+ months, dragons have been showing themselves to me in the most random spaces…

Random so that I can do a double-take and take note, no doubt!

In November a patient gifted me a 12x14 picture she created out of tiny beads. She said she just finished a Wolf one but for some reason she said she felt the Dragon was more my style! 🐲

During my first Ayahuasca ceremony last year. Guess who showed up? The fierce Dragon getting ready for war 🐉

A few weeks ago in Czechia I was deep in a breathwork session — in it I had seen a Dragon swirling around me. As we were coming to and feeling back into our bodies, I look to my left and the female participant next to me has her back to me and she is wearing a denim shirt painted with a big swirly dragon. 🐉 Coincidence? I think not!

Then at my Craniobiotic seminar a week ago, I was walking through the casino resort where it was held and on the last day there the resort happens to put up this huge Dragon )see photo) in the main lobby 🐉 While I’m walking further into the casino to reach the conference room I randomly look down onto a slot machine and a dragon themed game looks back at me! 🤷‍♀️🐉

There are so many examples — often Dragon is popping up in my meditations…I never feel fear — my sense is that of a grounded protection.

It’s no wonder that at this point I realize my next tattoo is not a panther or an eagle, but a dragon!! 😆🐉

I think I know what Dragon is encouraging me to BE — to be of service in this world in a completely different way. Dragon sheds Light on what remains hidden. Do I have the courage to BE it? 🥹

The more I remember who I am under all these masks the more I feel that life in this realm just gets more and more magical and mystical…🐉

There are aspects in my life that seem incomprehensible and I no longer feel the need to try to understand its nuances but to embrace it and flow with the magic ✨

In one of my fave movies of all time, The Professional, a huge metaphor in the movie involves Leon’s endearing plant who plays a vital role in its meaning…

Although his plant is a symbolic of him being rootless, with no home, no personal attachments, no stability, it shows you his need for connection, care, and vulnerability.

Ahhh, so beautiful!

As Maddy (my Madagascar Palm) and I move out of our home for the last 1.5 years, we are rootless again, but for us the saddest part is’t the lack of connection but letting go of all the people and places we frequent and love, at least part time. There is something in my Soul that calls out to explore other places, other faces, other elements, and deeper dives into my passions!

You see, every time I move, Maddy seems to shed her leaves as if she’s crying. But, in true form, she rebirths new leaves back in a jiffy! It’s like we move, we cry, and then we breathe in new life, new connections, in wherever we adventure to next…

With my child-like, curious, kinky, heartfelt, beautiful Soul guiding us all the way 🤍

Are you having random physical symptoms lately like: extreme energy followed by extreme fatigue, or ringing in the ear and hearing loss, or dizziness, or random high blood pressure, or changes in sleep cycles?

Well you’re not alone! There is so much energetic changes from Mother Earth along with the whole collective conscious!

Recently I had 3 months of severe right ear pain, pressure, tinnitus and hearing loss. I tried everything under the sun to no avail!

Serendipitously I attended a ta***ic full body energetic or**sm course where (in my opinion) being in higher states of consciousness from ecstatic dancing, kundalini yoga practices and healing on sooooo many levels in my energy body was what got my physical body into balance and pressurize!

I just thought I’d share my story since so many are coming into my office complaining of random symptoms. Aries rules the head so it’s no wonder so many have tinnitus, migraines, and sinus issues in the recent past!

Hallelujah — Last week the FDA has finally decided to move 12 different peptides away from Schedule 2 category (Schedule 2 meant these were substances that raised significant safety concerns). This decision now allows compounding pharmacies to more easily produce quality product again.

Prior to the pandemic I had joined the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute to learn about and prescribe peptides for patients — mainly for musculoskeletal recovery and chronic gut issues. Then a year later for my Lyme disease as an effective adjunctive immune support. However, around the time of the pandemic the compounding pharmacies were mandated by the FDA to stop making a whole list of peptides for no reason at all — imagine that! It was the biggest pain in the rear to chase down different pharmacies that were able to make specific peptides so I stopped prescribing them altogether, especially with the price increase due to supply and demand. Today I am absolutely elated that they are back — legally and more accessible for health practitioners and patients.

During this time, the governments in places like Mexico and Europe were legally able to produce peptides and the practitioners in those countries had easy access to them. It was so frustrating for regenerative medicine practitioners here in the U.S. — when it came to stem cell therapy and peptide therapy the FDA under the Biden administration was really hampering our progression…but I digress.

With so many people purchasing “for research purposes only” peptides off the black market, I am grateful we have compounding pharmacies that can now more easily produce efficaciou, safe product for us.
