In a world…
that is fast,
that has so much expectation,
that has full schedules,
that doesn’t seem to slow down….

It is OK…
to slow down,
to pause,
to be quiet,
to listen to what your body needs,
to allow rest.

Even the small moments of anchoring into the breath,
noticing the leaves changing color & seeing the beauty in a sunrise….can provide a moment of restoration and reset.

I am Dawnielle, the owner of balanced Wellness Integrative Health in Rowley, MA.

I was a nurse first, but deep down I knew I needed a change.

I did a lot of soul searching to figure out what I needed/wanted to do.

I knew I needed to shift how I cared for others in my career.

I followed my heart and returned back to massage school.

I prioritized myself, to allow healing, growth and awareness of who I am.

I took a huge leap when I left my nursing career.

IT WAS SOOOOO WORTH IT!

The connections with clients and other practitioners has led me to where I am today.

This allowed a lot of conversations with my children, family & friends about opening doors to life in ways that we are called…To not stay just because we are comfortable there.

I am so grateful for every step in the journey.

Opening my own wellness practice has filled my cup EVERY day.

It has been pretty incredible to stand by myself on this journey, while having so much trust, love, support & guidance from my “tribe”,
friends, family, clients, teachers & the practitioners working with me, that have had faith in me, my practice and my dreams.

YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am humbled and grateful every single day when I look around my world.
