Katie came into The Relentless Barbell Club with a goal that I absolutely LOVE—she wanted to create a solid foundation with her fitness and nutrition. She wanted build consistency with her workouts and develop a better relationship with food. 🙌❤️
What I admire most about Katie is that she wasn't focused on just lifting the heaviest weight possible. She wanted to learn how to move well, focus on her form, use the right muscles, and build strength the right way. Because when you build a strong foundation, the heavy weights will come! 💪🔥

As a wife and mom of two tiny humans, life throws plenty of curveballs her way. Some days are chaotic. Some days don't go as planned. But Katie adjusts, adapts, and keeps moving forward. She has found a way to make this lifestyle fit her life instead of trying to fit her life around a diet or workout plan—and that's where the magic happens. ✨
She brings positivity into the gym every single day, works hard, asks questions, and is always willing to learn. She is an absolute joy to coach, and I LOVE having her as part of our Relentless family. ❤️
